Reasonably large and huge room, really enjoyable stay!
Location so close to bar and restaurant great, the biosphere park, and jungle. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Hunab Ku nearby.

The rooms were clean, the grounds well-maintained, and the pool was pristine with a swim-up bar. The location was ideal, with downtown Tulum just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and scooter rentals nearby. The food at Passions was excellent, and the bartender made amazing drinks.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about!

Our stay was nice, loved the hotel and will be back. This place was stunningly beautiful for celebrating anniversary. The personnel was excellent friendly and knowledgeable. The room was huge and absolutely fantastic with e cellent bed and hot tub, as for instance, we were quite satisfied.

Truly enjoyed the absolutely fantastic junior villa with a unique design. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were available in the kitchen. Thanks to the very helpful and top-class staff everything was great. The hotel was in a good location, in a quiet area.

Perfect 10/10 overall experience. Clean hotel with particularly good location in Tulum so close to the biosphere park at the south end of the beach road and restaurant great and Tulum Pueblo. Top-class staff, huge, absolutely gorgeous room with large jacuzzi as well as e cellent bed. A wide array of options, great food.

The resort was small and quiet with clean rooms, hot water, and a fridge for cold drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to the main strip for dining and drinks, and the A/C worked great. The resort offered easy access to attractions like the ruins and the beach.
